5-Minute Craft: Ribbon Garland

Sometimes a gal just wants to make something in a hurry. No fancy tools, no laundry list of steps. In my new column, "5-Minute Craft," I'll show you some cool ways to get your craft on in a jiffy. This time: a ribbon garland. 

Happy July 4th, crafters! Here's a simple way to celebrate the festivities. 

Just fold some ribbon scraps over a thick piece of rope or twine, and secure with some drops of hot glue. This quick-and-easy garland has a nautical vibe, which means that it's great for summer celebrations--so you can keep it up after you're done toasting America.
